The SBA Business Development Officer develops contacts and leads to generate Small Business Administration (SBA) government-guaranteed loans. SBA BDO will gather loan application documentation and prepare loan presentations with the support of the Credit Team.

Documentation Specialist, Mid Ticket Equipment Leasing

The Documentation Specialist, Mid Ticket Equipment Leasing plays a critical role in facilitating equipment leasing transactions within the mid-ticket range. This position involves meticulously reviewing and preparing leasing documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies and industry regulations. The Specialist collaborates closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to streamline the leasing process and promote efficient and error-free transactions.

This is a hybrid position reporting to our Troy, MI office three days a week (Tues. Wed. Thurs).

  • A high school diploma is required. Additionally, candidates are must have a minimum of five years of experience in mid-ticket leasing and should feel at ease handling transactions ranging from $500,000 to $4 million in value.
  • Proven experience in equipment leasing documentation or a related financial services role.
  • Strong understanding of leasing and financing terms, contracts, and legal requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
