Documentation:

Broker Profile: This document sets you up in LCA’s system and approves you as an LCA vendor.
Broker Agreement: This documents sets forth the requirements for the Broker/LCA relationship.
Credit Application Instructions: This sheet helps your customer fill out the Lease Application.
Credit Application Instructions: This sheet helps your customer fill out the Credit Application.
LCA Direct Signup Form: LCA Direct allows you to enter applications directly through the Internet and track their progress.
LCA Direct Facts: A two-page sheet explaining why LCA’s vendors choose to sign up for LCA Direct.
Secondary Documentation: This section could include Corporate Resolutions, Schedule A, etc.
